Shipping and inspection policy
1. Scope of application
Scope of application: all provinces and cities nationwide.
2. Delivery time
- Orders after being received and processed will be delivered within 24 hours or according to contract schedule.
- For customers in remote provinces, after receiving the order, the expected delivery time is 3-5 days. However, depending on the status of the goods, weather conditions, etc., the delivery date will change.
- Delivery time is calculated from the time of completing the order procedure with the consultant until receiving the goods.
3. Delivery method
– For customers in remote provinces: Use delivery service.
– For customers in the city/suburbs: Use delivery service.
* Define the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process.
The logistics service provider is responsible for providing proof of delivery of goods (photo and signature of the recipient) to the buyer and seller upon request.
4. Inspection policy:
Case for goods inspection:
- When receiving the goods, you have the right to ask the delivery staff to open and check.
- In case the seller delivers the wrong product, you have the right to return the order and not pay.
- In case you have paid in advance but the order is not correct, you can request a full refund or a new order as ordered.
