ABOUT SMARTDECOR
We sketch out a 2D design in your own style based on the actual dimensions of the construction area and it is completely free. After agreeing on the 2D drawing, SmartDecor proceeds to sign the contract and create a 3D design.
We provide detailed tailor-made furniture products based on actual designs and dimensions. In addition, we provide wholesale furniture products upon request.
We accept construction of rough finished and unfinished houses.

1. We need to learn about your design needs in order to come up with ideas that match your wishes and personal style.
2. We will survey the site, take photos, and listen to your information.
3. SmartDecor Team will discuss with you to get the 2D design as you wish and this process is completely free.
4. After you have agreed with the 2D design, SmartDecor will proceed to draw up a contract and create a visual 3D design to ensure the construction is exactly as you wish.
5. Balance material costs, complete quotes to fit your budget. Construction is on schedule and ensures not to exceed 10% of the budget, except for additional costs.
PRODUCT DELIVERY AND MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY POLICY
With the desire to bring satisfaction to customers when purchasing, we have regulations in transportation, to ensure that the products you buy are the most satisfactory products.
1. We will be made and delivered based on the customer's chosen sample. In case the product is not the same as the customer requested. We will call to confirm sending a similar product instead.
2. Standard delivery time for an order is 3-7 days from the time of order. Delivery to inner city areas nationwide is from 3-14 days from the time of order.
3. International orders: delivery time is not guaranteed to be exact as requested, delivery time is not guaranteed if the delivery time coincides with holidays, New Year's Day and Sunday in the destination area.
4. In case the recipient cannot be contacted or is absent:
– If the address is unknown, we will save it for 6 hours and contact the recipient again. In case we cannot contact the recipient, the order will be canceled and no refund will be given.
– If the address is a company, office, house… We will send a colleague or relative to receive and sign for confirmation.
5. In case the recipient does not receive the order:
– We will cancel the order. In this case, payment will not be refunded.
6. In case of incorrect address, change address:
– Wrong address: in case of wrong address, we will save it for 6 hours and contact the sender and recipient to agree on location and time. If the new address is not more than 3km away, delivery will be free. If the new address is more than 3km away, an additional fee will be charged according to delivery regulations.
7. In case there is no recipient at the requested address: the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
8. We do not ship products to addresses on trains, planes, ships, dangerous areas, restricted areas...
1. Return according to customer needs (return goods because of dissatisfaction)
All purchased items are returnable within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated). We only accept returns for products in their original condition, with original receipt and unused, including:
– Still in original packaging and not dented or torn
– Full details and accessories
– Warranty stamps/cards, brand stamps, technical instructions and accompanying gifts (if any) etc. must be complete and intact.
– Not dirty, scratched, damaged, has strange smell or shows signs of use.
2. Returns are not allowed for subjective reasons from the customer.
2.1. The delivered goods are not new, not intact, have incorrect content or are missing. We encourage customers to check and take pictures of the external condition of the package and product before receiving it to ensure that the goods are delivered in the correct type, quantity, color as ordered and the external condition is not affected. If this happens, please refuse to receive the goods and/or immediately notify the customer support department so that we can handle it promptly. (Please note that further inspection steps such as product testing can only be accepted after the order is fully paid). In case the customer has paid, received the goods and then discovered that the goods are no longer new and intact, have incorrect content or are missing, please take a photo of the product and send it to our mailbox so that we can support the next steps such as exchanging/returning the goods or sending the missing products to you... After 48 hours from the date you receive the goods, we have the right to refuse to support complaints according to the above content.
2.2. Defective delivery If you have a problem with the product you ordered from us, please follow these steps:
– Step 1: Check the integrity of the product, take a photo of the product with the error.
– Step 2: Please contact our customer service center for confirmation.
– Step 3: Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if you receive confirmation from the customer care center that the product has a technical defect, please immediately access the Return Instructions to begin the return process.
3. Refund method
Depending on the reason for returning the product and the results of the quality assessment at the warehouse, we will have refund methods with the following details:
– Refund in cryptocurrency code used to purchase new products.
– Exchange for new product of the same type.
– Bank transfer according to the information you provide.
– For orders paid by international credit card, we will apply the refund to the cardholder's payment account.
– Cash refund directly at the office.

We commit to warranty within 1 year from the date of acceptance for products and services provided by SmartDecor. If product and service quality errors are caused by SmartDecor, you will be supported completely free of charge.
We are committed to lifetime maintenance for customers using services and products provided by SmartDecor. If there is a problem, please call the Hotline: 0911.933.938 for support. We will be available within 48 hours to see the status and quote according to each work item that needs repair.
Regarding losses due to damage and breakage: In case our service staff damages or breaks the Customer's property, SmartDecor will determine the compensation responsibility based on verified information.
Regarding losses due to theft or robbery: In case there is written confirmation from the competent authority that the service staff stole the Customer's belongings. We must be responsible for compensating for the loss according to the provisions of the Law. SmartDecor commits to provide full information and related responsibilities as required by the competent authority.
